Cold Banana is seeking an experienced QA Analyst who will work alongside our team of project managers and developers on a range of projects from bespoke web and mobile applications, apps, CMS-driven solutions and software products.

The Role
- Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
- Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality, identifying any potential problems that users might encounter.
- Adhere to organisational policies, standards and best practices in application testing, documentation, and maintenance that support industry best practices and project approaches.
- Research and analyse product features being tested
- Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes
- Communicate with the internal team to help clarify development tasks and attend quoting meetings when required.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of testing tools and software (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Lighthouse)
- knowledge of SQL and scripting
- understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Working understanding of software development and software quality assurance
- Clear and accurate written and verbal communication
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Understanding of UX and UI concepts.
Additional
- Experience with video editing software.
- Experience as a .NET developer.
- Familiarity with using CMS (Wordpress, Contentful or preferably Umbraco)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in software design, engineering, or computer science.
OR
- 2 Years of relevant experience
